To survive in the "Kolkhoz paradise": The sroty of Dmytro Vyniarskyi

Holodomor Museumk atarted a huge expedition to different regions of Ukraine in order to find the witnesses if the Holodomor and mass gravesd of its victims. People's stories impress with their honesty about the suffering our protaginists had to survive.
Dmytro Vyniarskyi was bron in the village of Chumaky in Dnipropetrovsk region in 1923. The village was found in the early 18th century as a Cossack settlement. The inhabitants of these land were always known for their love for freedom. This can be seen in the story of Dmytro Vyniarskyi. Even under the pressure of the communist totalitarian regime, he laways tried to remain a free person.
