I personally loved ‘83’ and ‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar’!! Cannot fathom as to why these two movies were flop!! Circus was an overall disgusting movie though it wasn’t entirely Ranveer’s fault. He did good but the story itself was very lousy, predictable, outdated, boring and filled with cringe jokes!! But previously also he did cringe movies like ‘Befikre’ and ‘Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl’ but those didn’t affect his career, right!!?? Then why would now ‘Circus’ affect his overall career!!?? It’s not like just because of one bad movie called ‘Circus’, people all of a sudden would forget ‘Bajirao Mastani’, ‘Padmavat’, ‘Lootera’, ‘Ram Leela’, ‘Band Baaja Baarat’, ‘Gully Boy’, Etc.., So, I don’t think the real problem is one bad script choice!! I don’t see any fault in his performances but yeah he definitely seems overconfident off late which could be the reason for annoyance in audiences!! And also his hyper and over energetic appearances off screen has become very tiresome to watch!! He needs to tone down a bit and become more humble!! That can help a bit is what I personally feel!!
