Nice thorough review. I actually like the look of the nexigo the best. Logi does a better job showing detail in the dark regions, but it seems to put a processed haze over some details.
A sample: th-cam.com/video/CHAZKspW0Ak/w-d-xo.html. You can but it's definitely not ideal. Text can easily get blurry or just not visible because the text is generally white on black or black on white. Recording a concentrated light from a monitor just don't work out very well, so you'll have to keep adjusting the exposure. But you can record your screen while you scroll with OBS without a webcam.
