Single acting carabiner released? I can’t tell from the video, but i lost my 1975 fibreform Monterey because I used a single acting carabiner. Released and wrecked on the rocks of the shore. Was a one year rebuild from a farmers field only to loose in in about the same amount of time.
What I don’t get is why they limit treble hook use on spoons & spinners if I lake fish & use a single hook they swallow it I use treble hook it’s always removable not shoved down there throat forces me to keep it

F me I lost one on a spoon last weekend, had a swivel and siwach 2/0 reeled down all of it. First one that’s ever popped off on me but if caught a few under the jaw and ever one through the head out the eye once so I know that take aggressive hard strikes at spoons . Only other one I lost on a spoon broke me after running up n down river jumping a few times and then dogged me down rapids till it almost spooled me 12 lb test and like a 16-18 lb Steelie. After that I have used 20 lb floro and still get hook ups even on trout !
Well it was tied to the back it of without also being tied to the front of it, 2 it should’ve been tied off to the bridge just in case you couldn’t hold the line and 3 you caught it on camera 🤣🤣🤣
I have watched you guys for a long time and have really enjoyed all your adventures, trips, fishing tips etc… even have some of your merchandise and fishing tackle. Jordan and Little have been favs for my husband and me however, it is very offensive when the Lords name is used in vain. Had to turn this video off☹️
