Finally, someone that explains this software easily. I went thru many videos and I was about to give up on learning Lumafusion until I found this tutorial! Thank you!
This is the real deal! I’ve watched other creators on this product and I feel like they made it more confusing. You presentation of this application is nicely laid out. Covered the bases and I feel like I can start editing my home videos just after watching this. Thank you!
Collin since purchasing Lumafusion I have tried other tutorial videos (some from Lumafusion) and found them very difficult to digest..and then your video came along - WOWZERS!!!. You are an excellent instructor and I truly appreciate the time and effort you put into this video! Now I can move on and edit my Mini 3 Pro clips on my iPad Mini 6.
This video and some others on your channel helped me finish a project I was working on. Thanks for the quality content you constantly put out and the time and effort spent.
Wholeheartedly appreciate this tutorial. I've been using Kinemaster for the longest but it's become a mess lately and also very pricey. I purchased Lumafusion for my Android tablet and haven't touched it yet. This tutorial has made it so I can do that now. Looking forward to transitioning. I feel this will make my YT channel better. Thanks much.
Kinemaster is a garbage app in my opinion with very less features, lately they added some kiddish features I'm also giving it up, btw how much is the subscription price for lumafusion?
@Inc0gnit045 I definitely agree with you. Kinemaster has gone to crap in recent updates, and they're a little too full of themselves with the price. There are certain things I need to look into before switching fully like Handwriting, and the ability to use preset images but overall I'll definitely be switching.
Great tutorial! I had to use this application because KineMaster has not yet added a stretch feature to load a video in a 16:9 aspect ratio or any aspect ratio.
You do a REALLY great job of keeping it simple and staying focused on one topic and you choose all very important aspects to video creating! Thanks so much for your content and excellent delivery from this brandie-new content creator!!😊
I watch your videos cuz it's u, plus you Def bring value even to some1 that doesn't even use capcut like the trimming tip you talked about in lumafusion
Thanks for being so descriptive. I just got an IPAD pro to edit travel videos while im on the go and wanted the easiest fastest way. I dont want to have to get a keyboard and mouse and this seems like the best option! I want as compact as a setup as possible. I'll be traveling the world with a single carryon. Using my go pro for video and google pixel 7 pro for pictures. this seems like the best option for editing.
For some1 who has pretty much mastered capcut, as far as w what I do, what editor would you recommend after capcut, for say 4k stuff. Not compressed immediately
Lumafusion is the next step IMO. I edit almost all my videos in Lumafusion. It also lets you control the quality of your export so you can have max export settings.
This was a nice video! But for me to leave something as easy as KineMaster I would need more stuff going on but I do like the setup better than KineMaster looks more professional as if it's the real deal software! Thanks again boss!💪🏿
I think Kine master is still solid best all-around editor for Droid. I also tried VLLO but it has a lack of transitions, fx and other stuff that Kinemaster has. VLLO and Luma have the way better UI and PRO options but if you wanna do your project on the move Kinemaster is editor to have (my opinion)... my way of using Droid editors is to use them all at the same time because they complete each other. Do footage montage and text in VLLO, export, Import in Kinemaster, do transitions and fx and maybe finish with Luma with color grading or other advanced stuff.
Got a better phone and trying this app for different style with my better camera now. Not as easy as VLLO, but some neat features the other don’t have. Thanks.
Thanks a lot for this video man. If I wanted to do video editing for relatively simple edits like the one you described here, would you prefer Final Cut Pro on a MacBook Air? Or LumaFusion on iPad Pro? Forget about money here, but purely what’s a better work experience/work flow?
Excellent video. Do you have a link to a free trial? Just wondering how to fade audio in and out and also is there a way to edit to the beat. I was using Premiere Rush and that is very basic and not a one time purchase.
Great video! Quick question to You Collin or anyone else whom may know in here. Is there a way to enable audio while scrubbing? I'm so used to scrubbing to specific audio parts rather then having to play and pause which is not any near as precise. TIA
I am mobilegrapher and have been produce a lot of corporate, professional, vlog, product review, ads video, live/TV/digital show and i edit it all in Kinemaster. I have been using Kinemaster for the last 6 years and it has been blast! But, now, they lose me. Why? Their monthly/yearly subscription --getting ridiculously high! Time to move on! Looking forward to use FCP on iPad, but, unfortunately, I use iPad Air 4. Lumafusion is the answer. Thank you for this guide, make me easily settle down with Luma-san 😮💨
your question is exactly why i am purchasing a new chromebook plus laptop. their ai programs will mute background noise supposedly right from the screen. many of the controls are on the screenjwith a popup. so im hoping that is true and right now the asus 514 that has the rysen processor is on sale for 279.00 thislluna videoediting has the ai app version preinstalled.
Hi. How much size of files can we import to luma? Can i import 4k 60 one or two hours long video to luma and edit it or it has lag this way? Ca i need 16 gb ram new ipad pro for better editing? And can this app handle two layer video editing in 4k long videos?
I have this app now and use it to edit. Can you please do a video on how to avoid copyright with uploading videos with sound from this app. I uploaded a video with music from the app and got copyrighted. But I put in my description that the music was from lumafusion and I didn’t own the rights
This video was great. Im wasnt sure about getting this software or not but i think i will now. I do have 2 questions though. 1:When you press export, is it best to export to photos rather than TH-cam if i was going to upload it to YT anyway? And when exporting does it automatically set the exporting quality settings itself to say 1080p and high sound quality?
Hello and good day. Question if I have a long vídeo and have edits all over the place, but want to render a small piece for teasing purposes.. how do i render that part with having to render the whole video?
Is this good for editing podcasts? I’m using all Apple products including a Mac book pro I’m just starting out with a friend. And also do you suggest a good program or app to film on multiple cameras at once? I’ve heard OBS is good but would love some direction
Lumafusion is great for podcasts! They have multi cam editing support. However Lumafusion is ipad only not for mac. OBS would work to record a live show and need someone to click a button to switch between cameras. For podcasts you usually record everything and then sync it together in the editor. No outside software required.
Hello I'm trying to get into editing video on a Android tablet. But not sure if this is the right software to use I'm trying to add animation to video (saw some chickens running around someone gave them arms) lol and how to made a lower quality video look better thanks for any advice
Hi Sir I'm about to Purchase Lumafusion Android but before I purchase can you please tell me if Luma Android can Export our Video in 60fps , 120 fps . Above 60. Because every tutorial video i saw on TH-cam about Luma, I saw them Only Exporting in 30fps. I do a Lot of GoPro Video edits in Slow Motion so There's no way i Record in 60,120 fps and Export in 30 fps.
LF noob here. Great video. Lots of helpful pointers. Excellent tip on layering and the pip @ 8:24. Will def use that in the future. As for epidemic sound, if you were to stop your subscription today, could you still add the music you previously downloaded?
I use DaVinci resolve on pc. Trying to find something that can do a little work on the iPad. It's a nice app, but do we gave a histogram or vector scope? It is certainly more capable then most other apps, but geared towards professionals? IpadOS and it's apps have a looong way to go before they are close to the truly professional software utr there. One problem is people thinks apps should be super cheap, but that thinking needs to change. Then maybe devolopment studios will put the work in. Thank you
Can anyone tell me if I purchase Luma fusion can I run it on multi devices with one purchase or I have to make separate purchases for example iPad and iphone
