Great video, thank you. It's so frustrating to hear that a nurse who isn't living with the dam disease says 'it's extra work'! What! Come on, get out of the profession if it's to much of a hardship. Some don't understand the position they're in and the potential life line that they are.
I think this is one of the things Prof G is trying so hard to change in the MS medical community. He does have some great informative videos on his channel too which you might find interesting.
Thanks very much for this video, after 14 years of being diagnosed my neurologist told me about these slowly expanding lesions in my last visit. She was very upfront and informative and it's good to understand because now even though our scans are coming back with no activity or new lesions, there could be 'smouldering' progression which many people haven't been made aware of.

May I ask what plan your neuro had to help with the smouldering lesions, if any? Mine would like me to change meds but it sounds like none of them really target the smouldering aspect at this point.
