As per my thinking u can u buy 600sqft site in electronic city or bannerghatta road and invest 20 lakh for construction. U vil have ur own ground floor and 1st floor wit car parking. U can stay in 1st floor and ground floor u can gv it for rent. Later in future this place vil have more value than buying apartments. Bcos when u go to purchase an apartment ther construction material vil be low quality. Bcos ther prospect is to sell. Go for 20*30 land area
