Yes, warming up before physical activity is generally a good idea. Warming up serves several important purposes: Increased Blood Flow: Warming up gradually increases your heart rate and blood flow to your muscles. This helps prepare your body for more intense physical activity. Improved Muscle Function: A proper warm-up can improve the elasticity of your muscles, making them more responsive and less prone to injury. Joint Mobility: Warming up can help increase the range of motion in your joints, reducing the risk of strains or other injuries. Mental Preparation: A warm-up also gives you a chance to mentally prepare for your workout or activity. It can help you focus on your goals and get in the right mindset. A typical warm-up might include light aerobic exercise (like jogging in place or jumping jacks) to raise your heart rate, followed by dynamic stretching to loosen up your muscles and joints. The duration and intensity of your warm-up can vary depending on the activity you're about to do. For example, a more intense workout may require a longer and more thorough warm-up. Remember that warming up is an essential part of injury prevention, so it's generally a good practice to incorporate it into your exercise routine.
Absolutely, you've provided a comprehensive overview of the benefits and purposes of warming up before physical activity. Warming up is a crucial component of any exercise routine, and it plays a significant role in optimizing performance and reducing the risk of injuries. Your breakdown of the physiological and mental aspects of warming up is spot on. It's worth emphasizing that the specific warm-up activities can be tailored to the type of exercise or sport you're engaging in. For instance, activities that involve explosive movements might benefit from specific dynamic stretches and drills to prepare the muscles for quick contractions. Additionally, the cool-down phase after exercise is also important. It helps gradually bring your heart rate and breathing back to normal, prevents blood pooling in the extremities, and can contribute to flexibility and recovery. Remembering to listen to your body and gradually progress from lighter to more intense activities is key to a safe and effective warm-up routine. Thanks for highlighting the importance of this often overlooked aspect of fitness!
It’s a common t spin setup, just done in a different order. Likely he was already planning on having an L piece there and just noticed he could do a cool spin to put it there without having to clear the second tspin setup.
lmao i was TheCarIsLost in that game, i remember the absolute terror that lobby faced when a random ass guest started pulling 350apm and dominating for like 3 entire games straight
When you implement T99-like delayed garbage entry but forget to add a garbage cap: This may be (with a lot of asterisks) more friendly to beginners, but it completely removes the chances of a midrange player of winning a free play lobby. As much as I disliked the 2v1 situations I got on former QPs, it does allow for some lesser skilled players to shine. The delayed garbage does make tanking garbage jankier, but unlike instant garbage fill which can take down a pro with a lucky spike, it mostly neuters the ability of players with lower apm to overcome higher apm's pressure, which is to say - this is essentially a gatekeep for QP victory. There has been a lot of terrible updates on tetrio that disincentivized slower and/or less skilled playstyles, and this is the most recent and easily the harshest gatekeep oh them all.
i beat a couple x ranks one time even though im low u. It ends up that the ss and u ranks can take down the x ranks if they get lucky and work together. all the update really does is make qp last longer imo
ppl: it is a casual day of super lobby new qp mode- that one asian diao kid comes out of nowhere and pulls a 40 line spikes; lemme warmup so i can go beat up that blaarg kid
@@Meijerbag a minimum of 1 year if you are talented and learn the game seriously. Realistically 3+ years, many top players have been playing for 10+ years including diao.

friendly to all people in different aspects
Too friendly that everyone cannot afford 😂

i love how everyone in the lobby all knew it was diao immediately lmao, we were all laughing hard
Almost 1.5 app for that long, 179 b2b, 390 apm, 19 kos, multiple 40 spikes... what a game
Video length matches Diao's pps. Unfortunately that number is 4.44, reminding us that we're all going to die

Madman
new mode makes garbage take longer to accept so 179 b2b would be easy for diao

The fact that wumbo just posted his video of his first 100 b2b chain and this man comes in casually doing 179 💀
you comparing the best to the better
Theres a reason why theres a gigantic difference between X rank and X rank

damn that was SMOOTH at 2:05

1400 line sent vs 300 line sent lmao
New qp mechanics make games so much longer and also pros can just play like nothing is happening lol
