It's funny actually that while the USA is really just about 250 years old most of old empires are gone. USA is like 100 is years older then the Germany empire I think just younger then the Russian empire so the country that would know 13 would be kingdom of France, Russian empire, British empire, Prussia, neverlands, and holy Roman I think I'll have to fact check. If you wanted to be historically accurate.
