Most of the notes are in the 4th ocatve. It sounds so bright because he's mostly using his falsetto. The fact that he can move down to the 3rd octave with a bright sounding voice just proves how deep his voice must be. My voice is even deeper and my falsetto can reach the lower part of the third octave. Most women can't even hit these notes with their chest voice.
