Here are the 3 exercises types:
-"Unusual" grip training (fingertip pullups are an easy adjustment)
-Toe emphasis (easy adjustment on calf raises)
-Scapular exercises (done for PT reasons but the stability increased strength potential)
This is just a follow-up to the previous video! If you're new here, it's just for fun and not a dedicated fitness routine (we have a thorough free one on our website, or you can just Google "Hybrid Fitness Routine").
I tried to pick ones that genuinely have helped me and aren't just unusual for the sake of the video. And again, I didn't pick the ones related to reducing pain, since that's a different topic.
Not sure how many in this series I'll do, since the point is that they're relatively unusual exercises, and I only do so many. Maybe one more. Not sure. Please let me know if you have any questions.
    Have a wonderful day!

So, I know people think everyone doesn't have adhd.
BUT the people who have non adhd brains aren't posting in a youtube short about not having motivation to do the things that matter to them.
If it's a lifelong pattern, you probably have adhd, if it's a recent pattern, you might be burnt out or depressed etc.
But either way talking to your primary care physician might help you get started down the path of dealing with it, of it's neurochemical the primary care can get you started trying things, then you can decide if you want a psychiatrist, but you could also decide to just do therapy to help you figure out how to fix your life. Adhd often needs both.

Great vid, as always. Toe exercises are great for trail running. I run in sandals( Z-trails for shorter, faster runs, and Lunas for longer more gnarly trails.) The highly technical trails in NYS require a lot of balance, agility and I used to get toe cramps on anything longer than 10 miles. I still get them, but now I can go longer before they hit. Functional fitness exercises are so important, I’ve discovered as I get older.

So helpful! Any exercises you can recommend for leg muscle imbalances, both calf and thigh? I was born with a club foot and muscle has been an issue my whole life. It's now causing balance and mobility issues. Thanks for everything you do to help us stay as healthy and as able bodied as possible!
