Charlie Pauken is a great legend! I remember seeing him drive Monster Mutt at different Monster Jam shows on DVD. My dad and I were amazed by Charlie's impressive freestyle talents at Monster Jam World Finals 11 when we were there back in 2010! Who knew a 39 would be scored again there a decade after Lyle Hancock and Wrenchead earned the same score at World Finals 1 in 2000? It was so cool! So many memories!
Charlie Pauken is basically the only driver who was there in the USHRA’s early years in the 1980s, back when he drove Excaliber, & continued doing what he did as time went on. I thank him for doing this for so long. Never Forget Charlie Pauken.
@ well Matt Cody is driving on arena series central, and last year while Matt was on series west Charlie drove grave digger for international events so I would be shocked if he doesn’t
@ they are likely gonna put Blake in megaladon and then have Chealsea Vancleave in el toro loco since they did that this year when Matt Cody was on the west series
got to meet charlie so many times growing up in Anaheim and going every year... love this guy world finals 11 will forever be my top 5 runs of all time
And on my favorite drivers list on and off the track. He’s still driving and winning events! He needs to be inducted into the Monster Jam Hall Of Fame and have a room in the hall dedicated to him
That combination was almost as spectacular as the one Grave Digger pulled off toward the end of its freestyle run at Monster Jam World Finals 3 back in 2002. If Dennis Anderson could pull it off, so could Charlie Pauken!
One of the only drivers left from the glory days of the Speed Channel era. Seeing him around always takes me back.
Don’t forget about Jim Kohler😉😎
@@masonhorbach8279he said “one of”
@@masonhorbach8279Jon zimmer has left that conversation
@@Adamexe35why?
@@Da_SpongeGun cause he only said Jim completely forgetting Jon was there too
I miss old Monster Jam
me too

Monster Mutt in the 2000's has to be one of the best sounding trucks of all time. those old Mutt zoomies are pure heaven
Im excited to see him drive grave digger internationally next year!
Who told you that

Charlie Pauken in Monster Muttt sounds almost satisfying to hear.
Love Charlie
I’m friends with Charlie and he’s one of my childhood heroes!

He is a crazy driver
did monster jam answer my previous comment??? they actually added his awesome run in Indianapolis IN, 2015!
Monster jam never listens to there fans. Hence the downfall the sport has been on since 2020
@@4head210 never mind that's completely true lol
So many robbed titles man. He should have several championships right now..
Well for WF 21 He should’ve won Freestyle He had the best run
THANK YOU SOMEONE FINALLY SAID IT
Good ol chuckie, I liked him as a driver when Dennis and Tom weren't competing in the same venue
so glad to see him still driving, crazy to think he drove WCW nitro at world finals 1, and was driving before that.
Charlie paul en got his start in 1987 with excalibur.
This video needs Firemouth.
29:55 HOW THE HECK IS THAT A 42 FOR CHARLIE PAUKEN? HIGHEST SCORE!?
A 42?! I have never seen that before! Not even at any Monster Jam World Finals event.
@@CEO100ablehighest at one point was 45
@@Ogpapi600 Oh really? I have never seen that score in Monster Jam freestyle before either. When was that anyway? I would be curious about it.
@@CEO100able 2010-2017 I’m pretty sure the 2015 season had lots in the 40s
Who got a 45?
39:26 This should’ve won freestyle if they were not glazing tom meents
I’m glad he didn’t win that championship and I think it will stay that way for a while.
No
@ Well what about todd leduc? He had a save from the consecutive backflip and a barrel roll save
@ And Ryan as well?He sended that giant leap before he flipped And had a bicycle

You showed the same freestyle twice in a row
Why is his 2010 world finals run shown twice? 🤨
