I'm not African, I'm American, (would love to be African) yetI love watching her cook as well. Being in the village is so simple. I really miss the simple life. That village is cool until night falls. Once it gets dark I've got to hot tail it, on out of there. The dark and I are not friends. Some body will definitely have to literally hold my hand and walk with me to pee at night. Even if there's a lantern, you still have to come with me. I can see me being pissy every single morning, with my grown ass. I really don't like the darkness. Other than that everything else is cool

Take me back to the village where you don't need any modern cooking utensil or appliance to cook a good meal. It is always fun to watch these village series because you are always authentic and real when sharing your journey with us. Thanks for sharing Flo.

Ewuooo! I don't know why I can't get the freshness and imaginary sweet taste of that Abacha off my head ooo! Big Sis, this is a typical, confirmed and complete way of making village food. Everything is manual ooo😂😂💃! That's how we were trained in the village. See how tomato puree is made with no machine whatsoever. You are indeed a well trained daughter of the soil. You now growned it with the village headtie, everything complete 👍

I have enjoyed watching you in the village each time you go. I see a lot of land empty and tomatoes are 2 dollars why are people not growing their own in the village? just asking all those ingredients can grow in the village. Flo you are innovative, I think you should plant them before you leave pleas and lets see results. You can introduce green houses too my people oh oh we perish from lack of......... I know I'll be blasted here

Life look so peaceful and beautiful in a Nigerian village. With the weather in Nigeria l think kitchen and cooking should be outside. like a spot for the gas and stove and just do the cooking there....lt does feel strange to see chicken legs and head.🐔🐔l forgot they only have four fingers.😂 What is abacha? Abacha is made from cassava. Depending on where you're coming from, the cassava is cooked then the back is removed and grated with a grater. After that it's soaked in cold water till the next day and then throughly washed and it's ready for consumption. Most people will sun dry it and whenever they want soak it again in water and then use it to prepare abacha. That is what she's eating in the video.
