Hi, hoping either Ranjan or the community can help me with this query specific to the video. Would anyone be able to advise me as to why the flats mentioned would attain a greater GDV if sold all inclusive rather than if they were sold as individual flats? I appreciate any feedback :)
Great that Yogesh got a deal, but was he a bit too generous?. In his opening statement he offered a 60/40 split and also offered further concessions during the discussions.
No because capital is king. Can have all the ideas in the world need the money to execute. Once this guy has track record then he can be like 50 50 etc
The only thing is what if this guy does not see this project though to the. end and somebody else has to take over and he has 20%of the funds just saying
Thats all part of taking risk. With a lot of this stuff, the entrepreneur is just as if not more important than the deal. You have to be able to back both, the deal and the entrepreneur.
