  • Hello, I want to share a recipe for smoked rib soup, which is not only tasty and rich, but also easy to prepare.
    So here we go:
    1 gallon per pan
    1.One large onion
    2.One medium carrot
    3.Two pounds of smoked pork ribs
    4. One pound of split peas
    5. Нalf a pound of potatoes
    5. Allspice, peppercorns, dried herbs, two bay leaves and salt to taste.
    6. Two cloves of chasnok
    Сooking:
    "We first wash and soak the peas in water with the addition of soda on the tip of a knife."
    1. Pour 0.5 gallons of water into a saucepan and wait for it to boil, add peas to the boiling water and cook for 20 minutes, removing the foam.
    2.Add potatoes and cook for 15 minutes.
    3.Chop the onion and grate the carrots onto a coarse grater, heat the frying pan and add 50 ml of sunflower oil, fry the vegetables for 7 minutes and add to the peas.
    Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
    4. Add water to the required volume.
    5.Chop the ribs and add to the soup, continue to cook over low heat for another 10 minutes.
    5. Add spices, chasnok and salt to taste.
    Cook for another 5 minutes and remove from heat, let it brew for 5 minutes, the soup is ready.
