our version called murtabak was introduced in malaysia by the south indians when they first came to the country...very tasty and popular indeed but the meats are cooked in garam masala. the highlight is the flipping of the dough which is an artform in itself ..also very popular in singapore and indonesia but in indonesia they have a sweet version.

And instead of using oil for stir-frying, I used some butter.I was given a lot of compliments from my parents. I hope that one day you will make SHARWARMA!!!! It is my favorite food!!!
