    I said this before and I will say it again. When it comes to artwork, I find that woman explains more in detail and perfect. Thank you very much for your time.

    Great explanation of the specifics of drawing transparent objects. I enjoyed this instruction. I like how you explained the percentages

    • @LeilaAtaya
      @LeilaAtaya  ปีที่แล้ว

      Glad you enjoyed it! The % are approximate as it depends on the purity of transparency of the water or whatever it is you are drawing 😊

    Hey Leila : - A fairly "scientific" upload this month......? - Get You, a technician as well as a creative??!.
    I've always been fascinated by liquid surface tension, a/the meniscus, and visual refraction in water - you've given a great explaination of some of this in relation to art/drawing = A very interesting as well as useful (as always) tuturial to the artists out here/there..... Myself excepted from this ability though, sadly.
    Filling a glass with water (beer/wine is even better!), and being able to have it "full" over the rim of the glass is an unusual phenomenon - surface tension, and even more "trippy" is the refraction you see when say - looking at fish swimming in a stream/river.
    If you're stranded on a desert island in the middle of nowhere, and after "spearing" fish for something to eat - even if it is raw..... like unideal/gross sushi?!! - Good Luck hitting them by actually aiming right at them as you see them : - **You're Gonna Go Hungry!!**......
    Great to see (and hear) you again, and you are looking and sounding healthy and upbeat in this one = Very glad you're on the "rebound" from being in a bad way a few months ago. All The Very Best Flower, Nick x

      I would love to see you do Alex Grey type style of art. But I doubt that would happen.

    • @togounshlopbunglabow9303
      @togounshlopbunglabow9303 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Or at least give you’re opinion on the level of difficulty his art is. Too me, it looks incredibly difficult. But I could be wrong, you know better than me lol

    • @LeilaAtaya
      @LeilaAtaya  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@togounshlopbunglabow9303 the difficulty lies in the concept of his art. He is the maker of his ideas. He has his process for creating the imagery, I’m not too familiar with his process but it’s most likely meditation or mushrooms or something of that type. If you are asking about the actual paint application process it’s definitely doable but if you didn’t come up with that idea yourself and just copying one of his creations then it’s plagiarism and you can even run into copyright problems. If you are into psychedelic and kaleidoscopic art and want to practice it you would need to have at least some basic skill of drawing, structuring and painting including some color theory etc. you would also need to get into the similar spiritual space as Alex Grey perhaps through psychedelics and then you can create. 😊 I hope that helps

      Definitely did, and makes sense. I’m not to familiar with the art world. Thanks for clarifying.
