If you want to go to a country easy, cover yourself in black marker and come in an inflatable boat, then claim asylum. In Europe you will get a free apartment, free food and bills, a good enough allowance to buy the new iPhone, and every time the police stops you for a misdemeanor you take the temporary id they give you and rip it up as soon as you are around the corner and change your name for next time so they can't really arrest you as an asylum seeker and a "first time offender".
