When I was younger I initially thought working my muscles with body building would enable enhance and increase my fighting ability. Truth is prior at a very young age to that idea I had iron palm. I proved it on occasion around the age of 8 or 9 I broke a 2x4x14 piece of wet wood. Getting older body building trained it out of me. Being punished for defending myself caused mental blockages. It wasn’t until my 21 birthday after I had met my martial arts instructor for 3 years that my iron palm revealed itself again. I didn’t consciously know what I was doing but the training and practice was mostly on track. After seeking a higher education in aerospace engineering did the ideas of fulcrums, pulley systems, pascals law, Venturi principle and gravity multiplied by mass multiplied by acceleration in physics still didn’t fill in all the details. Understanding consciously qi flow and fa ging within the systems of leverage in or of the human body did the difference between external force and internal force became more clear. The hint is why do boxers and contact sport athletes usually retire at a younger age? It’s generally because of injuries, and they didn’t learn the internal skills of to out last the youth. External = youth, speed, size for power. Internal = experience, gravity multiplied by mass multiplied by acceleration, fulcrums and pulleys of the body, and understanding of the nature of delivering fa ging and the nature of the flow of qi. Lastly of my 2 cents is because there are many more deeper and alive meaning and understandings, this all should be a continuing research for the responsible practitioner person. Different skills for different situations. Maybe Muay Thai is better in the ring, but Kung Fu has all sorts of things that Muay Thai does not, like wrist locks, training with weapons and so on. Neither one is better, they are just made for different situations and environments.

0:12至0:18壓㬹反面與正確示範重點: 重心移動加強壓制力同埋縮短壓制力點與槓桿軸心(重心、肩臀、㬹膝)之間距離
7:30至7:50撐擊反面與正確示範重點: 站好馬步支持推力同埋沉肩縮短肩關節同重心之間距離
武術的基本元素: 質量(或重量)、肌肉力量、槓桿等人體工學
內勁需要抓靠外力和槓桿控制。
抓靠外力:
傳統有"力從地起"說法,即是靠地面反地心吸力或靠地面摩擦力,但如果唔夠對方重就最好抓靠牆壁,扶手或者對方身體來反擊,以臨時增加自身重量,減少或停止因撞擊以致後座力的影響。再者,抓靠牆壁,扶手或對方身體更能發揮肌肉力量。
槓桿控制:
要控制重心與四肢關節的位置,把自己最好的費力槓桿壓制對方的最差的費力槓桿(如有機會)。
武術做到人體最好的費力槓桿要以下2點同時達成,才可以縮短撞擊或壓制力點與槓桿軸心(重心、肩臀、㬹膝)之間的距離,從而把對外施力提高至接近肌力:
1.對外撞擊或壓制力的方向與自己重心移動的方向越接近平行越好
2.手(腳)對外撞擊或壓制力的路線、肩㬹(臀膝)移動路線與自己重心移動路線越接近越好
最差的費力槓桿與以上2點完全相反。如有機會,對方最差的費力槓桿就是自己得到最好的省力槓桿。
因此,營養能量有效顯現為內勁。

個人的理解是 勁 是透過技巧和有效率的身體協調而更大化與有爆炸性地輸出力。力從地起 就是第一是腳蹬地反彈的力,再由胯的轉動加速 輸送到肩 再透過臂的伸展再加速 而大大提高力的呈現成為勁。這一整條在運動科學叫動力鏈 放鬆很重要 像鞭子一樣力從粗段發 一直加速到末段能造成音爆。
好老師,講功夫講拳講搏擊的視頻TH-cam多得很,但講得明的真心不多,講得又睇得更少之又少,第一次收看,佩服,多謝指教。❤❤❤

擂台兩人距離比這遠滿多,站這麼近除非在電梯內樓梯間狹窄走廊,若像擂台大空間左右謠閃距離掌握得好,只要對方是運動人材反應夠快很難漆得到對方的手

任何比賽都有規則,衍生出來的技術自然會適應規定,在Kickboxing 的規則下boxing不夠泰拳打,在MMA的規則下泰拳一落地就GG,中國功夫要上擂台要適應,但不代表發勁的方法需要改變。

如果是殺人技,為什麼看起來更廣泛流傳的是拳腳功夫而不是在殺人方面更有效的武器?畢竟花很多年練習內勁打出一拳,在殺人方面可能不如一個普通人隨手拿起一塊石頭打過去。在法規和效率的考慮下,這種殺人技的存在意義是什麼?
外國也有本來是戰場上的殺人技,例如西方劍術和日本劍術,後來只要制定一些規則,加上防具,就可以演變成競技比賽例如劍擊和劍道。為什麼中國武術不能同樣降低火力,或者戴上足夠的防具,讓技巧體現在擂台上?
