1064 പള്ളികൾക്ക് വേണ്ടി ഉള്ള കേസിന്റെ വിധി 1995ൽ വന്നു, ആ വിധി നടപ്പാക്കിയില്ല.
2017ൽ വന്ന വിധിക്കു കാരണം 2006ൽ K S വർഗീസ് എന്നാ യാക്കോബ്ക്കാരൻ കോലഞ്ചേരി പള്ളി പിടിക്കാൻ കൊടുത്ത കേസ് ആണ്, ഇത് സുപ്രിം കോടതിയിൽ എത്തിയപ്പോൾ, നാലോ അഞ്ചോ മുഴുത്ത വക്കില്ലെന്മാരെ വെച്ചു കേസ് നടത്തിയ യാക്കോബ്ക്കാർ ഓർത്തഡോൿസ്‌ക്കാരുടെ എല്ലാ പള്ളിയും പിടിച്ചു എടുക്കാം എന്നാ ആർത്തിയിൽ കേസിൽ ഇല്ലാത്ത 1665 പള്ളികളെ കൂടി കേസിൽ ചേർത്തു , ഇതാണ് വിധി എല്ലാ പള്ളികൾക്കും ബാധകം ആകാൻ കാരണം.

ഇയാൾ എവിടുത്തെ വക്കീലാ, കൊലഞ്ചേരി പള്ളി ക്കുവേണ്ടിപത്രിക്കീസ് വിഭാഗം വക്കീലിനോട് sc ചോദിച്ചു മലങ്കര സഭയിലെ മുഴുവൻ പള്ളികൾക്കും വേണ്ടിയാണോ എന്നു ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ വക്കീൽ വാദിഭാഗത്തോട് ചോദിച്ചു മലന്കരയിലെ മുഴുവൻ പള്ളികൾക്കും ആണെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. കോടതി പറഞ്ഞു വാദികൾ സത്യ വാങ്മൂലം കൊടുക്കണം എന്നു ആവശ്യ പ്പെട്ടതിനനുസരിച്ചു വാദികൾ സത്യവാങ്മൂലം കൊടുത്തു 34ഭരണ ഘടന സംബന്ധിച്ചു ള്ള തർക്കത്തിലും അംഗീകരിച്ചു വാദി ഭാഗം സത്യവാങ്മൂലം കൊടുത്തതിന് ശേഷം ഇങ്ങേരു പറയുന്നു മലന്കരയിലെ മുഴുവൻ പള്ളികൾക്കും വേണ്ടിയല്ല എന്നു പറയുന്ന പൊട്ടത്തരം ആര് വിശ്വസിക്കും. പിന്നെ പറഞ്ഞു മിസ്ര യുടെ വിധി അയാൾ എഴുതിയതല്ലെന്നു സുപ്രീം കോടതിയുടെ മൂന്ന് അംഗ വിധി ഒരു ജഡ്ജിയുടെ അല്ല എന്നു ഈ കാല............ നോട്‌ ആരെങ്കിലും ഒന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു കൊടുക്കടെ എന്നു ഏതോ സിനിമയിലെ സംഭാഷണം ഓർത്തുപോയി. ചാനലിനോട് നീ നക്ക് ചെവി ഉണ്ടിയിട്ടു വേണ്ടേ കേൾക്കാൻ.
