Why can't you add both a percent and a fixed amount? Paypal charges 3%+0.30, and it would be nice to charge that.

I would prefer if it only would allow checkout of wallet credits and products are only paid in credits from the wallet, and if they don't have enough credits, instead of paying the remainder of the balance, they would have to buy a fixed number of additional credits. So a checkout product would be bundles of credits, and the digital downloads would be a separate product type only eligible to be paid via the wallet.
