Because Pledis is a small agency compared to the big guys. And the timing of their comebacks and promotion was ill timed; like they went against SNSD and 2NE1 who has big fan base. But I'll keep supporting OC. Raina in particular.

Pledis it seems, makes a lot of questionable decisions, especially when it comes to promote their bands, but AS and Orange Caramel are in my opinion the best out there

I believe Catallena was meant to be released in early 2014 because in 2013 they had no comeback at all, and can't push back the comeback because people will say they are cowards and stuff.
