Yone has always felt like an easy match up. He's strong but his Q dash and his movements are way too predictible specially when you keep an eye on the minions he's going to last hit, and he has no defense against charm or any cc. Yasuo on the hand... I just hate him and his godamn windwall. Even pro players playing Ahri into Yasuo has to stay back usually for how dangerous he is.
tonight i actually went two matches in ranked (Silver Elo mind u lol) back to back against a yas on Ahri. Not a fun matchup at all, considering that his passive allows him to eat your poke even before his dashes are online and you can't step close to wave. I won both but was at least 40 CS behind in late game just because of how easily he can snuff early farm. Rotating with yas is difficult too because he can hold win wall until you show, but even then, as long as you aren't hugely behind in farm by the later end of lane phase and haven't died, which Ahri is great for, your presence is significant. It becomes a biggg waiting game and as long as ur team isn't inting it down you can easily recover and become one of the carries. But then again this was two matches in silver and I only got to bronze 1, so I bet higher elo players can capitalize on that farm disadvantage much easier and make everything more hellish.
How come you went Liandrys this game? Their win cons are Yone, Ekko, Zeri which are all pretty squishy. Would the ap from Everfrost not have been better? As well as the snare for Ekko and Yone mobility? Or is the haste just better?
So.. going doran's blade and beat him lvl 2 with hard poke (even electrocute) works in my case 99% of the time.. and then i just wait till he starts roaming as he cant do anything against me, wait for my team to not listen my pings and watch him getting fed. Yes, works almost everytime. 6:50 is the most precise correct twitch chat message. I always got to count on my own knowledge to do 1v1/2 at mid as jungler doesnt exist in my team ever.
The prediction of that yone ult made my jaw drop😮. You're truly a pro in this game.
