GoPro Suction Cup Mount on ST1050

There are very few mounting options on the R1250RT. Going to try the suction mount onthe windscreen....Have you tried this?

I think I tank mounted it on the Sprint but have used it on the touring screen on my R1200R. More recently I have bought a Manfrotto arm that allows me to mount it to a bit of frame or footrest hanger etc and position it almost anywhere. One day I'll actually use it an do a video on it with my Insta360. there are some good videos on this setup that you might want to search for.
