Yay a new flexibility video ! Thanks Lesley ! 3 years since I started yoga, and even though I did make progress, some postures are still very very challenging for me because I'm so not flexible. Splits and wheel are so hard ! So it really feels good to work on that. Could you make a 15mn video with some of these movements, to do in the evening before bed for example ? I'd like to integrate a little bed time ritual, to work on my flexibility everyday ! Thank you Lesley :)

I love this video! It was exactly what I needed. I jog a lot, so I often find my muscles a lot more tight. This video helped me to loosen up my muscles and release a lot of tension. Running often causes a lot of aches and pains. Thank you. I am a big fan of your videos.

Thank you for this I really needed the stretch. My body was cracking all through the end. One thing though, in Surya Namaskara B it was too fast for me and I had to do it on my own to take appropriate, and calming breaths. I really enjoyed it, thank you
I remember reading that if you do back bends and then bring the knees to the chest it can be bad for the discs in-between vertebrae is this true? I was a bit scared to transition straight away so added some forward folds into the mix
