There are a lot of frozen burger patty brands in Malaysia. Ramly is the most famous, then there is OTAI brand, some stall also uses homemade burger patties.
Ramly burger has 2 types. The first one is the independent burger stalls by the roadside which uses Frozen Ramly burger patties and buns. Every burger stall uses different sauces and style of cooking. The second one is RAMLY BURGER outlets, which uses standardized sauces and style of cooking similar to McDonald's .
Every roadside Ramly burger stalls has different taste, so you have to try and find out which one you love best. Happy hunting....

he still cut the patty in the middle n put the seasoning into it..dats the original way..nowadays not many burger stall doin dat..dis burger stall is legit!!

Personally, i dislike if the patty been cut in the middle as it will make the patty too 'dry-hard' and lost it beef flavour and juice (but alot of Malaysians prefer anything becomes crispy. Prefer either half or medium cooked patty the, patty will become tender and juicy.
@@arizalshah3853 not dat we prefer everything crispy..but we prefer it perfectly cooked..we dont eat red/uncooked meat..but nowadys lot of us developed a different taste bud or we callled it western wannabe..
@@zambriabdrazak5709 agreed with ur opinion. I am almost 50 y/o this year. And i did my share selling ramly's burger since 1985 till my teen, until I graduated. That time, thats how i cooked my selling burgers. That time, no mayo, with home-made sauce. If not mistaken, so called 'cut in the middle' style started early 90s or mid 90s. Not much (almost none exist) myglobin lefted in patty, unlike fresh steak.
@@arizalshah3853 im 42 years old..i also did my part in sellin those burger when i was a teen..but the stall was not mine..belong to my cousin..i dont know bout the 80s..but as far as i remember in 90s almost all the burger stall did cut the patty in the middle..bcoz older generation at dat time will not eat if the meat still red..mayo at dat time is the choice of customer..we as the seller need to ask the cutomer 1st if they want mayo or not which if im not mistaken 90% of them at that time dont want..the most popular burger double patty n xtra white pepper..the chili sauce also spicy not sweet as nowadays..

the thing about Ramly Burger is you cannot wrap it for too long as it will get soggy! you must eat it on the spot to get the best flavors!

The stall does not sell Ramly Burger. Ramly is a brand. It sells Malaysian style burger. More accurately Malaysian roadside burger.
