Thank you, Ligia! It was great seeing you on Friday! In all fairness for the funnel cake. I was rushing through it before the pie eating contest started and I had to leave. It was delicious though and worth getting again. The mole caught me by surprise. I might have gone way over the top but it is worth getting again several times, in my opinion. If you do decide to go, I encourage you to check out Knott's website to see if there are any hotel packages there that would include a hotel stay at Knott's Hotel, entrance to the park, and some sort of tasting card for one low price. Also, they have All Day Dining plans that you can get that will give you meals, that are part of the dining plan, every 90 minutes. It saves a lot of money for you and your family. The dining plans work better when the park is open for more than 8 hours during the week. I'd suggest buying your tickets online to save some money.
