Thank you letting me know that such a product exists. Much appreciated 😌👍
Thank you so much for tuning in! Much appreciated.
Hi... The A B mode is able to loop repeatedly? Very interesting product and video, thanks
Yes, for as long as the device is on. Sometimes, you do lose the position. It just wipes itself.
I just got it and I’m going to return it… unless they release a firmware update including tilt in tracking mode… it doesn’t make sense if it’s not able to do it… and definitely something they can solve with an update
It's definitely a missed opportunity!
would you reccoment it for fine tuning of a spotting scope?
I doubt it. With the camera on my desk, it takes me a few clicks to get it right. Plus, it seems that the tooth on the gears is too big for precise movements.
Can you loop A & B programed moves?
No.
Great work! Wondering how far the remote works? Have you tested the distance?
Measured it at 12 meters or 40 feet with no obstacles, it could be longer as this is the max I could test at my place.
@@RandomTeq thanks very much!
Thanks for watching! I appreciate it 🙏
can i used it for astrophotography star tracker?
what is the maximum and minimum speed of rotation?
It's doable, but not ideal. It moves about 3 to 4 mm per button press.
how do you lock in the channel between the remote and base?
Can't lock. You have to search manually.
@@RandomTeq when i use the up and down buttons to move the base, it changes the channel connection between the base and remote
Got you, flick the switch to the up position, check the channel number on the device, and match it with the remote, if says 1 on the device for example, click up or down on the remote, once they're both on the same channel, the "select channel" in red text, will turn into coordinates that matches the coordinate on the device,.
If that doesn't work, DM on Instagram, and I will send you a video of a quick demo.
Thanks for the video. Can it be programmed to rotate every certain number of degrees, so that just by pressing a button on the control it rotates the number of degrees that I programmed for it? thank you.
No, the closest thing you can do to what you described is to use the A button and B button to turn a predetermined angle.
Thanks a lot!
Pleasure 😀
What's the distance for tracking?
It doesn't say anywhere in the manual, but from experience, it's about 6 meters or 19 feet.
This is the distance I tested, but judging the responsiveness and how quick it detects the face, I'd say probably a little more than that.
Thanks @@RandomTeq
Welcome! Thanks for watching, I really appreciate it.
What is the next step up from this?
Didn't get your question.
If you mean the next best thing from the company, there isn't. They have a step down from it, and they call it M4.
avoid tip over with big lenses by using rail brackets and/or gimbal to center the mass.
I used a large quick release plate to offset the center of the weight and it works. It's only when you tilt the camera forward that it tends to tip over.
Thanks for the engagement btw, highly appreciated!
