The Fame is one of the most significant albums to ever exist. Just Dance is the theme song of a generation, but we may have forgotten.

I get artists change and evolve, but I have to say that this era was definitely my favorite. The Fame is an outstanding album and pretty much redefined pop music, considering "Electropop" became mainstream after Gaga's huge success. Her lyrics were clever and fun on this record. The Fame Monster was a really good follow up too. I just feel like things went downhill after Born This Way. I just wish she'd stop with the whole "Everything I do is art" shtick and care more about the actual songs than the performance behind it. On a different note, I'm really stoked for her duet album with Tony Bennett. Their version of "Lady is a Tramp" is awesome.

Shame she lost it after this album and tried to be Madonna but she's totally revived with a star is born. I'm a metalhead and she gets my respect big time. Before all the little monsters start attacking me, let me say that I think Lady Gaga is incredibly talented. There's no denying that. I get artists change and evolve, but I have to say that this era was definitely my favorite. The Fame is an outstanding album and pretty much redefined pop music, considering "Electropop" became mainstream after Gaga's huge success. Her lyrics were clever and fun on this record. The Fame Monster was a really good follow up too. I just feel like things went downhill after Born This Way. I just wish she'd stop with the whole "Everything I do is art" shtick and care more about the actual songs than the performance behind it.
On a different note, I'm really stoked for her duet album with Tony Bennett. Their version of "Lady is a Tramp" is awesome.
