Now this was very interesting, your property journey is turning out to be somewhat of a masterclass. I hope the 1st property is already generating some income which will make sense for using access funds from it and as for the 2nd property, I also hope it won't take forever to generate some cashflow as soon as it is registered in your name cos after all positive cashflow is the key. Nothing or very little must come out of our favorite Tsonga gurl's pocket as far as installments are concerned (OPM babe). Baie dankie again for another nugget filled episode Tisa👸🏾🙏🏾❤🇿🇦
It’s funny how everything that has happened and will still share, was unexpected and a lot of it unplanned for, my access bond and savings really helped a lot. I’ve leaned so much that I’ll continue to share with you guys. I believe both properties are gems, the first one has already proved itself, by next year this time we will see what the other one has to show us, we want all that money back 😁 Thank you Neo for your consistent engagement ☀️
💚💚oh wow Tsonga gal, you just gave me an idea. I’m looking into getting a second property and do have flexi reserve with my current bond which is in excess. We are learning everyday thank you 😊 🙏
The youtube algorithm did me dirty by taking so long to point me to your channel. Great video, I learned a lot in 20 minutes. Greetings from the Vrystaat
Its gonna be worth it at the end🤑 my Hloan is 20 rys & will not close it to hv access & it also help when u rent it out in terms of tax as u know that we do pay tax on interest income.
The first thing I do every morning is to check if you released a new video🤣. We're on this journey together, I'm in China too, I got my third bond approved but I had to submit more documents like rental agreement for my first two properties. My question is, do you think banks will use our bond payment only for our credit record going forward? My phone contract in South Africa will be paid off this month and I've no other credit apart from that. So it's either I keep throwing money at Vodacom for airtime, sim card and phone that I don't use or close the account with Vodacom and only use my bond payment to build my credit record. Thanks again and keep being real and authentic as always.
Aww every morning Oluwafemi☺️✨ yohh the pressure of a daily video 😅 Thank you for this lovely message that made me smile so much. Third property 🎉🙌🏾 I’m inspired! I’ll probably also have to provide that extra paper work on my third and personal property. By the way your bond payment is more than enough, get your paid up letter and not waste money😇 You’re doing great! And I’m so proud ❤️
Hey Tisa.... Hi pfukile n'wina mhani💕😍. I just found your channel and honestly I'm happy I found it. You are really representing us *tsongas*. I'm also in the process of joining you guys over there. Your content is very informative and inspiring😍💕keep up the good work.
Thank you Tisa for this educational videos.... Can one have access to the amount that have been pain from day one, like all of it, even if the Homeloan is not fully paid yet... Lets say the term was 20years nd I have been paying extra but I am only in my 4th year of the 20year term
Hey Tisa. Hope you well. I’m not sure if you’ve covered this in one of your videos but curious to know how you signed your offer to purchase and other documents while you were still in China. It might seem like a dumb question but I’m just wondering did you have to come to SA to do it, could you sign, scan and email the forms back to them. Again, it might seem so stupid but the bank seems to be so finicky about Saffas abroad purchasing property at home. Love your videos
Hey Nadia, your comment was a long time ago, I still make an effort to respond to all comments on my channel, I’m sorry I took this long. The OTP just needs your signature and a copy of your ID, so I just printed it while in China and emailed it back to the agent. When you sign it the sellers signatures should be on it already with copies of their ID’s too. The final part of the process that would have needed you to be there in person, is done at the South African Embassy in front of a consular, you’d have to make an appointment when you receive all three required documentation via email from the agent/ lawyers, the consular will also stamp and sign these documents, you can’t email them back, you’d have to send them via post, they need to see the original signature and stamps so no copies. I hope you were able to purchase property, while abroad, if not yet, feel free to ask any other questions you might have.
@@chatwithtisa thank you so much, also in one of your videos you reffered to a withdrawal video from your easy equities account but i cant seem to find it if you may link it please. xoxo
With the second bond I only asked for a portion of the property price and I paid the balance so I think the bank saw that and just gave me the full amount I requested.
One thing about me I will jot down everything Tisa says regarding property with R0:00 in my account, why cause when I start wanna do it the right way.❤
That’s lovely to know 😊 you’re like me, in that I always write things down ✍🏾 All the best with your journey, stay attentive, patient and ask questions.
Girl...iam learning soo much from you, and Iet me tell you, i borrowed some money from home loan to buy more easy properties shares now that they are on auction. Cz I ddnt have money and ddnt want to loose out on those shares.

Which bank financed your bond? What rate did you close on?

Hey Lucy, yes it’s possible. You can check with your bank what’s the maximum you can withdraw, there’s usually a maximum and minimum amount.
I’m so glad I came across you on Instagram. Looking forward to binging on this knowledge
Thank you for leaving a comment 💚

You’re welcome 😇
Where are you, Tisa? Hope you're well and good, haven't seen your videos in almost a year.
Thank you for sending a message to check up on me, I’ll be posting again soon, I’ve been well thanks.
This is my current situation, busy with the process of withdrawing from my first bond excess to deposit on my second bond.
How did it go?
@@chatwithtisa Great! Rent is fully paying for the 2nd bond, rates, levies because of the deposit🤗.
Inspired for sure, is your property a multi let?did you pay a deposit on your second bond or it was 100% covered by the bank?
With the second bond I only asked for a portion of the property price and I paid the balance so I think the bank saw that and just gave me the full amount I requested.
