The 3rd was my absolute fav! Big bathrooms, big rooms, very spacious and alot of sunlight! What was the monthly price of the 3rd one?

Vita Living is about £1,400+ for a 1 bed, 1 bathroom flat. It is quite expensive compared to other flats.
Affordability will be calculated by multiplying one months rent by 30. So, you will need to be earning over £42,000 to be eligible to rent. Although if you are two people, it is multiplied by 12, so both persons will have to be earning over £16,800.
PS utility bills and council tax is normally not included in the rent. So add another £200 on top of the rent price to cover these, which you will spend £1,600 realistically to rent a flat there!

Hi, nice vlog, the second apartment is my favourite, its spacious and has a balcony The last apartment is nice but, I think having a bit of outside space is important, especially after the year we've had. 🥰
