Hi there! There's a removable yellow filter/cap in the back of the iron, it usually pulls straight out. This is the built-in calcium deposit filter which scale or mineral deposits collect in.
@@billocookbook I've got the same one as you, I suspect. It's got a plastic shield over the calc collector and that yellow thing doesn't come out so you can throw the calcium away. Near the beginning of this video he removes his yellow reservoir.
well there was something inside it and i found out that the filter was jammed so we could get it out so my grandad is going to call a company what happend and get a new filter which is more stronger and thats why im upset i wanted it to live not die :(
