Brooke deserved that confrontation and so much MORE. Her bringing divorce papers to an already distraught Macy was peak cold-hearted villainy, which she never felt remorse for. As we know if she wasn't in such a hot rush to serve those papers and didn't go up to Big Bear that night, then there would have never been a scenario for the car accident.
What’s funny is they never showed Macy died from the chandelier, my recollection is she was in a coma and went to a facility. She could very well come back and make Brooke pay

Macy should have been locked up for what she did.. She injured Brooke and caused the death of the truck driver that tried to help her when the car exploded.
