When I see the way Eric loves brook, cares about her, treating her like a real Queen, I get so hurt when I think about how much she will hurt him and how much she has been crazy,and stupid for betrayed him with his son. brook has always chosen Rigde who treats her so badly over men who truly, really loved her this is so sad💔
I completely agree with what you wrote. But we also have to keep in mind that she can be very vulnerable to Ridge who also loves her and Ridge also knows how to treat her well and sometimes him too like a real queen in both non material and material aspects (eg, he bought a mansion for Brooke, something he hadn't done for another wife before. he bought her expensive gifts) And he usually goes after her and ruins her other relationships, because she is vulnerable to him. Should she at some point absolutely not accept him back? Yes, and at some moments he doesn't fall for it or believe him or even care. Nick is a good example of such times. Too bad they didn't last.
And, Ridge even though he desires peace and freedom! Continually! goes after Brooke. When; Love rules the heart! Logic goes out the window. You can see! when Ridge is with Taylor! He doesn't look that happy! He! is thinking about Brooke! Sad! But tru!
Brooke's relationship with Eric is held together by hope and tears. Do those two ever go out and do anything with each other besides eat dinner in one or two places and commiserate? Borrrrrrrrring!
God make it stop with these terrible musical numbers. Between Pierre, Thorne & Macy, this part of season 4 is best left forgotten. I want to burn down his cafe along with him it.

Brooke and Erick is very hard to watch for Me... , I think from all the millions of Men that they've put this character thru, I liked her the most with Nick Marone. That was the only time when Brooke seemed paired with someone that she had chemistry on the screen. I wish they last forever . It was a great pleasure to watch their love. It was really beautiful. And I miss Nick in general
