@Slash92921 - After you clear the upper part, go back and take the elevator from 1st floor, you can now choose the subterra.

Some guides say there's a 50% chance of getting the chest, but I have entered/exited some 30 times and I still don't see it.
I start to believe at some previous point I went there with a Diamond Armlet and burnt it.

Yep i knew about it =) It's 5% chance that the chest appears and 100% Contains a Ribbon with or without DA Equipped, One time only

@flak76e - @flak76e - Actually, i was stupid enough to fight the magic pot right after i got the ribbon, bad choice cause i got a game over and lost my ribbon doh. Well its my lucky day i guess cause when i loaded the game the chest was there again and i got a ribbon again.
It would actually be the easiest ribbon to get when you could just keep reloading till you get it:)

@PlagueyBoy - Well just keep fighting enemies to get exp. Equip the embroidered tippet to double the exp and you will be in high levels in not time.

@billyjoejimbob75 - well it is pretty rare so unless you explore everything in the game, chances are you´ll never even see the ribbon.
