Wonderful haul!❤ I love LMNT! You are right, it does give that boost of energy after drinking it. It’s a great pre workout! A few tips for persons experiencing the bit of headaches in the morning this is based on my experience and works for me especially as I’m getting older (I’m in my 30s): 1 - Have a glass of water just before bed. Also, if you wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, have a glass of water right after if you can (I keep a glass of water at my bedside table). 2 - Sleep with your head on 2 pillows instead of one. I was sleeping on one pillow and been waking up with a headache every morning for months. Doc said try 2 and it was a big game changer! Proper elevation of your head allows for better blood flow. 3 - Definitely have a glass of water first thing when you wake up! That is before your tea/coffee. Hope this helps everyone who’s going through it❤
I'm not even about to front, as someone who is anemic, there's so much that you said that had me side-eyeing but if you say you're not anemic I'm just gonna trust that you got checked out because those symptoms are sounding real familiar. Liking salty things...like GIRLLLLL. But I'll hush 😅
