I completely concur with the positive reviews below: this video is comprehensive, clear and most important - it works beautifully. There are many videos on TH-cam that purport to show how to print a booklet using MS Word, but all the ones I watched before this one are deficient. The fact that MS Word offers a "booklet" option in the margins option of page layout does not itself ensure that pages are printed in the correct sequence for a booklet. Indeed, I surmised it would probably not be possible without sophisticated desktop publishing software such as PageMaker. The presenter of this video acknowledges that he spent more than an hour trying to find a solution (I am not surprised) and his solution is remarkably simple and effective. My wife and I used it to print a 28-page booklet - after having wasted precious time and paper (and toner). Thank you so much for posting this video.

This video was very helpful. I watched several videos with the latest windows program and it wasn't helpful to me who still have the 2007 program. Anytime I create a flyer or lesson I save it as a PDF. Now I know this is the way to create a booklet as well. EDIT...so I printed out my booklet and depending on what type of printer you have you have to rotate your pages. I rotated my paper and the writing was upside down. The second go round i didn't rotate it I just inserted it back in with the printed side facing me and the pages printed correctly.
This video is extremely helpful! Thank you so very much! I was able to print a Boy Scout Court of Honor program on 8 pages with your assistance (our normal was 4 pages maximum in the past). I truly appreciate your help with this video!
you all prolly dont give a damn but does any of you know a method to log back into an instagram account? I was stupid forgot my account password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me!

A real gem - you are a blessing to humanity, Sir! I struggled for hours & hours and finally, finally, by hand forced FORCED Word to make a booklet...what a drag! Too bad it can't print it out as well. By the way, I never did find the way to get rid of page numbering on page 1...so I dropped them all. Boo! Thanks a million dollars and Euros! Have a drink on me! (By the way, my "smart daughters, computerists of the present, suggest my problem was that I was using an old version of word (yes, that's true) and should just go out and buy a new one. (NOT true!!))
When I print mine out, it only prints on the left side of the page. I never prints on the right side. Page 1 is printed on the left, then the back is printed (which is page 2, printed right behind the previous printed side). The next sheet comes and prints page 3, and then page 4 is printed right behind it. Nothing is printed on the other half of the sheet. What did I do wrong?

Excellent guidance. Just take care that your printer may give its own instuctions for turning over the pages t00. these may be in conflict with the above booklet guide. I found my printer guide to be at fault.
Ik vermoed dat Nederlands uw moedertaal is, Viking, dus gebruik ik die taal om mijn diepe dankbaarheid te uiten voor de instructie. Ik heb vandaag vermoedelijk 1000 bomen verbruikt aan papier (slecht! slecht!) bij mijn pogingen mijn keurige Worddocument te printen als een A5boekje. Alles klopte, maar bij het printen op mijn 2 jaar oude HP-Printer ging het keer-op-keer fout op de meest vreemde manieren. Waarom geeft geen enkele site de tip om het Worddocument op te slaan als PDF ? Werkelijk nérgens viel het te horen of lezen of zien. Behalve bij U, mijn (in gedachten blonde, stoere) Viking.
