Gosh Miller, don't know how you have all the energy to do these tedious installs and film and edit ANDDDDD be the awesome family man I know you are. Greetings from Ontario buddy. Keep up the great content. I just got a new exhaust on order for the Si that should be going in a few weeks :)
Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to show us all this amazing aftermarket stuff and how to install it 🙏🏼 appreciate it!! Hope you get many more naps in between your next videos 😂
I want to order this unit but their delivery time is just crazy. They also don’t communicate order status. I ordered the ac duct for the rear and I haven’t gotten any info on delivery time. I did get a email about my zip code didn’t match. Thanks for the video got a 23 Boost Blue Hatchback and I definitely want that radio
Awesome job, Miller! You're always so meticulous and so detail conscious to have a standard of excellence in all you do, from your video production, plus your patience and tenacity to do things right. This head unit is phenomenal. Without tape players or optical media drives, you can make head units much more affordable, or put in much more features and technologies. For my Buick GN, my last edition top of the line Alpine cassette was about $600. Can you imagine if all this was offered as a special order option for Hondas and Toyotas. At least the Sport and Sport Touring, or upper level trims. I just would rather keep mines essentially stock OEM except for DSP, amp, speaker, subwoofer upgrades But, some things can be added on my integrations without causing problems or issues. If I had the HR-V Sport for a daily, and the Civic Sport Hatchback for my toy car or project car, I would do some of the stuff you have on Blue. I would like this deck and cameras, but still kind of daunting. I guess axreally good stereo shop could do it. I always wonder how these 360° cameras worked for those above and other views of the vehicle itself. Btw, can you change the car color to blue, like the color setting you mentioned, also MPH from kph? Like I said, lots of these things are overkill for most of us, but so intriguing and entertaining. But lots of things are practical add ons to consider. Some simpler, others not so much. Kudos for all the companies that make all of this awesome stuff, and you and others how to install and use them, and show how it works and looks like. www.collegehillshonda.com has all the factory OEM accessories and great aftermarket accessories like simple basic seat covers, those things to put between you front seats and center consoles so you don't drop things there, and especially the protective covers for your key fobs, so they don't get scratched up in your pockets from other stuff, like have. Get your rest, healthy nutrition, and family time in. 👍
Thank you, brother! I remember paying thousands of dollars for speakers and head units back in the day. Now you can spend a grand and get a killer stereo! Yep, you can change it from MPH to KM.
How did you remove the mirror caps so easily? What corner did you start from to take them off? I’m wrapping mine but If I don’t have to go through removing the glass and all that then that would save me so much time!
It seems like the cameras arent lining up properly with the 360 view, unless im trippin. That would bug me. I like the headunit though looks good, does it have subwoofer inputs??
There are all kinds of adjustments you can make to the cameras, it's pretty crazy really. I prefer it to be in 2D instead of 3D cause of the fishbowl look. As long I can see from the individual cameras, I'm good.
The Bluetooth is pretty good. My only issue with it is most of the time you have to have it on the Bluetooth screen when the car starts for it to come on right away.
It won't work with the factory head unit. You would need to buy this one. I don't think it would void warranty as there is no vehicle settings through the radio like the 10th Gen. All 11th Gen setting are in the dash cluster.
Hello looks awesome! Do you have any delay when putting the car into reverse. My unit takes about 5 seconds for the rear camera to show up when using the 360 app. But when I had it connected to the OEM backup camera it was instant. I do not have any trigger wires connected and am wondering if that is why?
It delayed without the cameras hooked up. With the cameras it's about a second. Could always tap that red wire into the reverse. That will make it instant.
OEM camera with the new headunit is instant, as well as aftermarket camera, and or using the 360 app. Using the 360 app was not instant because I didn't have all of the cameras connected. Turning the headunit on is also instant as long as you set it to go to sleep mode and not shutdown, make sure it's wired right or you will drain your battery.
That 3d camera system looks kind of horrible, actually. I appreciate the time you took to install them, but I don't see how its 360. You can't see anything around you like I would expect 360 systems to do. Everything is distorted way too much. Also having to connect every time I want to drive, is a pretty big deal/annoyance. Hopefully, thats just a software update and not cheap hardware.
@@717PROJECT I don't see it how it should be (the driver seeing everything surrounding it's car in 360). All you see is different camera angles stitched together to make a bad 360 image that's not showing anything as you'd expect., that's why I say it looks horrible.
@@DaKurupt19 Honestly, I don't even really care about the cameras as much as the other options the head unit has. It's crazy what this thing can do and I don't think I even scratched the surface.
@@717PROJECT Well, tbh I wouldn't buy something advertising functions and many don't work. But I see how someone could gloss over that if it was gifted/discounted for review. Also, many of these no name chinese aftermarket headunits are known to crap out in a few years or so (especially in extreme climate areas), so it not working correctly out of the box tells me it's more than likely to happen with that one. Hopefully, I'm wrong though
Did you get this figured out? I just did this install and 3d is distorted and looks terrible. Also the front/reverse ruler lines are way off. Any idea?@@717PROJECT
Don't like the cameras. But good content 👍
Thank you!
Is there a reverse guidlines like oem. And if so are the lines dynamic (moves when reversing) and can be adjusted same as like in the oem unit thanks.
in the door wiring boot there should be 2 larger slots free to run wire through. I was able to run 14 gauge speaker wire through with no problems
Hell yeah man, good stuff! Glad to see you’re still upgrading. Much love bro.
Thank you, brother 🙏 Not done yet!

This is amazing, makes a touring look like nothing!
Sick install man! I have a similar model head unit. You need to calibrate the cameras so you can see the 360 Birdseye view properly
Thanks man! I'll have to look into that. Unfortunately, it came with no instructions.
Have you been able to update it?

You can see the back of the head unit in the first video of the install. Yep, the oem cover goes right back on.
Carbon fiber trunk would look sick
Not a bad Idea! I will say there is more carbon coming very soon for the outside of the car! Will it stay carbon is the question!
are you thinking of installing the blind spot detection sensors too?
I am!
Let’s go! I’ve been waiting for someone to do a video on them, been seeing them on mikstore for a while they look sweet

You should have bought the T’eyes LUX one unit. It trumps all headunits.
I'll look into it! Thanks

Nice!
are you able to reset the tpms like with the stock radio
Awesome!
Where do I get this radio!
I wanna purchase it
Hello. Does the box comes with the rear camera? Because i want to buy a head unit and i don't see the option to add it to the cart.
Check the description of the head unit. If it doesn't say it comes with one, you will have to purchase. You don't need the 360 tho.
Hi ! Great video thks !! I have a question: The front camera has to be a "front camera" ? Or it can be a rear camera ?
It comes with a rear camera as well.
I want ask you is this the original stereo i ask the dealer the said no you can't
No, it's not original
where’d you get your custom blue fenders from
Their carbon fiber fenders I had painted to match the car.
