I’ve owned Bose, airs, jabra,Samsung and skulls. (I have a horrible habit of losing them) I only by Skullcandy now. There’s not enough of a difference to justify paying 250+$ for Bose Skullcandys are great save some $ you won’t regret it
My left earbud died on my expensive earbuds during Christmas time and i picked up a pair of Grind's at a discount store for 30 bucks for a temporary replacement, because i didnt want to shell out $100+ on anothe pair at the time. But honestly, ive been kinda impressed by them that I'm in no rush to replace them. I'm not a big fan of the physical button but other than that, they sound great and the battery life is awesome. I sleep with a bud in and ill wake up with it still playing, then they charge so fast theyll be full by the time i get to work. The mic definitely isnt as good during phone calls and my wife says she can hear everything around me though lol
I just bought grind 2 months ago, it was my best buy in 2024 I really impressed by it I have Audio Technica, Bose, Seinheiser, Sony, Fiio... But Skullcandy beyond my expectation
Dude, if you released it a day earlier, I would’ve straightaway gotten the grind, I have both of them now bc idk which would be a better fit for my ears, the mods are amazing but the fit is questionable but the grind is the better fit for me since the ear tips go more inward and they remind me of the Sony linkbuds s
If you like the way the MOD's sound and the fit is doable I'd say you made the right decision. The Grind's are quite larger so they may or may not be a better fit depending on your ears.
Indeed, by going deeper inside your ear canal, the passive noise isolation is much better than on something like the Samsung Buds 2 Pro. After being disappointed by the shallow and terrible passive noise isolation of the Samsung earbuds, I ordered a pair of Grind for less than half the price. I own a pair of Sesh, an older model, which look almost identical to the Grind, and they served me quite well, however after 4 years of occasional use the battery life is now around 1 hour and there is some distortion on the bass at higher volumes. But for $40 I have no doubt that the Grind are worth it and I look forward to getting them.
Hey it’s me again, I’m going back to the Mod, I’m giving it a second try, I gave my girl the grind and she told me it’s a better fit for her, and she didn’t get any ear pressure or suction from the grind, which I did get ear pressure from them, the mod not so much but If I don’t like them, I’ll get the AirPods 3rd gen so I won’t have to deal with ear tips
I watched your videos and saw that you reviewed both of them, I'm thinking of buying a new headset, which one do you think I should buy, JBL VIBE BEAM or SKULLCANDY DİME 3 (I listen to rap music)
Yeah mate, iv had skullcandy mods for a few years, you can use them individually however to be honest what makes the skullcandy mods bass kick is the noise cancelling so you can however wont be near as good with both in

What has better bass? Grind or Mod?
Yo btw the mods use a single button the grinds use touch control
This helped me decide on the Grind earbuds! Thank you for your thorough review, I appreciate it!

I’ve never had skullcandy earbuds in order which do you recommend of all their products

I wanna buy tht mod ones but I'm also looking the JBL Tune Beams, which one would be better for call quality?

I have confusion with which one having button and which one is having touch control?

Both are solid budget earbuds, I'd lean more towards the Dime 3 for the fit in the ears and the sound signature.
Also what’s the difference between mod and mod xt?
Can I use the mods individually? Or do I have to use both and can’t have 1 in ear and 1 in the case?

Mod kinda hurt my ears while pressing buttons, dont know bout grind
The grind seems jerry-built to me
the gray ones are so ugly
