So for your vegetarian, make a rice bowl with some stir fry veggies and an Asian sauce. She can use the seaweed to scoop up the bowl stuff. Very tasty

Buy a bag slaw mix and make your vegeritan stir fry, serve with brown rice and pickle the cucumbers, carrots and peppers. Its yummy
