- Majkl loves sushi. Sushi is a Japanese specialty.
In the summer, he likes to grill vegetables (Yakiyasai), and he makes sushi with those grilled vegetables.
The is the newest trend in sushi. The large variety of vegetables from the point of view of taste and colors, makes the sushi multi-dimensional.
Everybody can make sushi at home. Majkl shows you a step by step explanation how to make sushi at home.
What is great about this recipe is that it is vegetarian and does not involve raw fish as some people are not so comfortable with.

@@Vartesmajklem Mike, thank you su much for your kind words, i follow budhism my whole life, for some time i did practice Budhism, Zen and Mahayan, but i am bad with situations like this. I think i am not alone, loosing someone close one, even if its not a human, for me a animal or an human dont make a change in the end. This dog was with me for 10 almost 11 years, he went with me to Germany to live there for 5 years, then we came back and found a new home. But i wont let him suffer, as you said, i enjoy every second with him now but hes diferent, i can feel it, hes weaker and sleeps most of time. Tomorrrow we go for blood tests, day after tomorrow we should have the results if it is cancer. But hes rash on the skin is increasing day by day, and his tail is all the time down :( he didnt even eat.
