I just wanted to add to some stuff: In both Cascade and Lost, do not spinpound, it is actually slower than regular shake rolling. In Seaside, the best route from beginner to high middle level players is to take the fish to left of the starting position and swim up to take the rocket flower to the chalice and then continue as you described. Someone else said it, but in Snow, by going on the right side of that same water path with the fish, you can take a wind thing up to the finish. It's hard to describe lol Apart from spinpounds, another really important trick to know is a roll cancel. One could even argue it's more important to know. Fine tuning your movement becomes a lot easier with roll cancels. Again, this is a great video, wish I saw something like this when I was starting out with kfr :)
