For the reinforced rod. There is a secret cave inside Desolate Deep where you can catch the spectral serpent but only with the reinforced rod.
And there are 3 More totems
-Aurora Totem in Brine Pool (500k)
-Tempest Totem under Terrapin Island (2k)
-Smokescreen Totem at Mushgroove (2k)
