it depends... short films ki evariki vaare complete dialogues raasukovaali ...i mean mostly short films ki writers eh directors ga untaaru kaabatti....usually movies ki script writers or if the director has a story he will write the whole story in prose ... oka 30 or 40 pages lo... kontha mandhi directors aa moment lo anipinchina basic rough dialogues raastaru .....tharuvaatha movie ki dialogue writer separate ga unte he will write the full dialogues of his own version and will submit to the director.. if the movie has NO separate dialogue writer then everything will be written by the script writer or director himself...it all depends on so many factors and dynamics...each film has its own separate travel for the writer or the director

Hi Srikanth, I am not denying that fact, please understand the difference between rules and guidelines... bommalaata is here to provide guidance not to dictate a rule book. There are no rules to creativity. ఇలాగే చెయ్యండి అని నా ఉద్దేశ్యం కాదు..ఇలా చేస్తే బాగుంటుంది అని చెప్పడానికే ఈ guidelines. Please understand that fiction is not like real life, we have the choice of creating characters and naming them as per the essence of his personality. There might film makers who give irrelevant names yet they might have been successfully too, it is their conviction.
