Chicken salad suggestions: (Giving ingredients but you'll have to adjust to taste) Buffalo chicken salad: shredded chicken, shredded carrots, green onions, celery, and blue cheese are the main ingredients then I make my dressing with Greek yogurt, hot sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and ranch seasoning. If you like spicy, add ground cayenne. Mediterranean chicken salad: shredded chicken, feta, olives, sundried tomatoes, fresh parsley, bell peppers, and for this I just use whatever vinaigrette I'm feeling. Apple chicken salad: shredded chicken, shredded apples, shredded extra sharp cheddar, bacon, green onion, toasted slivered almonds. For dressing I make homemade ranch with Greek yogurt
