    It seems like we gotta be like overseers when building in Africa. They never installed the pump. The contractor stole it. Not an outside. Just wicked. I am learning from you guys. I am living in Tanzania and I am planning to start building. New Sub!

    This information you guys are giving, even Ghanaians don’t know, they are very naive. My brother lost two lands bcos of lack of investigation. Thank God my husband’s brother was very good and did all proper paperwork on our land. Also, the road is another issue. We’re now trying to gather our neighbors to contribute to fix the road.
    The water, I use to drink from that sachets water way back with no issues but now after 26 years I can’t drink that water anymore lol.

    Great job Mike and Shelbey with all the needed information you are the only person on this platform/ ghana that gives such detailed 👌 information.
    Cadastral is surveying of the property properly making sure your property measurements are correct. The previous contractor is just low down dirty thief, pump qas never installed. They should return your money and some.
    Thank you very much.
    Keep on be blessed.

    Each region also is a little different because all do not have the bar code system yet so you want see it on all site plans. Here In the Central region we don't have the bar code system. I drink the water in the bag when I have to but did not have any problems

    Please tell your builder to find good person or security guard to stay in your property, and to protect your materials and property . Ghana most of the houses has security home by the fence wall and somebody leave there to protect their house 🏠 for stealing things.

    That lying ex-contractor is responsible for that pump. I nearly thought you all sold the house before it was finished 😂 because you have not been showing us the house and I been craving and wanted to ask. I was so excited when Mr. Bright took over and then you abruptly stop showing the house. I live in the Virgin Islands, and Mr. Bright is who I am using when the time comes. I don't have the paperwork yet, I still have a lot of steps to do, I have not been to Ghana yet, but I have already been speaking to Mr. Bright. I feel so comfortable with him, so I was glad to hear you speak so well of how working with him has been.

    • @BlackLove-Gh

      Yes the ex contractor for sure is responsible. But karma will catch up to them…Mr Brite is very easy to work with. We will be showing the progress soon. Thanks for watching. Good luck with your project as well.

    I'm sure you already know this, but I will add the meaning for. Yes, I took the time to look it up. I apologize for the redundancy. A cadastral map is a detailed map that shows the boundaries and ownership of land parcels, as well as other details about the land

    The water, I use to drink from that sachets water way back with no issues but now after 26 years in the US, I can’t drink that water anymore lol. And how about us sending 4500 usd for regular gate and an electrical one , after two months of waiting, he called telling us that he been robbed. We felt bad for him and given him time to recover however, he just flat out told us he doesn’t have the money to purchase new materials to make us new gates that means we lost our money. It hard for me to believe his robbery story. Now we’re thinking of buying already made ones.

    • @BlackLove-Gh
      @BlackLove-Gh  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Wow that is crazy! See this stuff won’t go over too well if they pull that in the US. Stay strong and finish strong. The people that steal KARMA will get them soon enough. Stay prayed up and you will be protected. They will loose 1000 times what they took from us. I promise you that! Evil just evil.

    If you paid the previous contractor for the pump, then, they are responsible and should replace or re-imburse for the pump. Question… Does the contractor have insurance? Do you guys have any type of insurance to cover loses???

    • @BlackLove-Gh
      @BlackLove-Gh  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes we paid the previous contractor for the pump. In Africa you have to pay for everything cash. It’s not America and insurance is not required. This is how some people operate. That’s why you have to be careful. Going into this you have to know you will loose before you gain. Glad we are pass that and thank you for watching. Karma will fix them. We aren’t worried.

      @@BlackLove-Gh is there any governing board or agency that oversees contractors and/or builders?

    • @BlackLove-Gh
      @BlackLove-Gh  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Not that we could find. From what we have been told, this has been going on forever. There are inspectors that can assist and we have used those services to be on the safe side. It there is such a service or agency I’m sure many people would be out of business.

The first rain That came along it blew the front end of my roof off and called the company can’t get them to come out and fix it. I will never recommend them to anybody.
