The fact that IST charges passengers for Wifi in 2024 is borderline extortion. Apart from that, Turkish is pretty good, and as you mentioned, they are very consistent. Great review once again!
Excellent review! Having flown Turkish a few times recently, I can only say that they are among the top 5 economy products. For me, the only big disadvantage is IST. I fully agree with your points: the airport has a lot of potential, but some areas really need fixing before it can become a "great airport."
@@fxtymz1123 Well my friend I live in Boston, MA, so no. And even if that was the case it still wouldn't make it a great airport until they address the issues that Jack mentioned.
Interesting flight bro! New subscriber to your channel, you deserve more subs! That delay tho 😭😭 I have been through this soooo many times! Keep up the good work!
Great review! Travelled with Turkish from IST to AYT 3 weeks ago and it my best flight ever! The A350-900 was really quiet and comfortable. My best feature in the IFE was the Live TV function which was cool as I got to watch a Live Football game in the skies which was so cool! 😊
Turkish is one of the best airlines in economy class. But they should start offering free Wi-Fi (not only texting) and also the IST airport should have free Wi-Fi for many hours, maybe with a max speed of 5 Mbps per user. It will be enough for everything.
Hello again my lovely flight reviewer. I bought you another coffee with PayPal . Keep up the good work . Hopefully I will see you one day ,that's🙃😉 a dream come true
For me, Turkish is Second only to Singapore Airlines. I flew Chicago-Istanbul last year. That would demonstrate any deficiencies! Turkish food is second only to New Orleans and the airplane food was good. Your review is excellent and mirrors my experience.
I was at SAW (IST without the glam) a few months ago and a caesar salad and beer was around €40, with the servers pushing hard for tips in cash in any currency... so bring some Zimbabwe dollars for them. They did offer wi-fi though. Anyway, I'm back to SAW next week for a 10 hour stopover on Pegasus, and with a lounge card now in hand, I'm going to try to lounge hop on their 3 lounges. Has anyone tried that? Homebound (from Thailand) I'm stopping over at IST with Turkish. Thankfully not long enough to worry about lounges and wi-fi and Turkish economy has so far been pretty good for me.
Nice thumbnail. Hope you enjoy your flight to Dubai, even though your flight is delayed. What date did you film, is your flight to Dubai 75 to 85% full, is Dubai your final destination, if so and how's your trip? Wow $68 to use your points from Istanbul to Dubai is cheap on a full service airline.
Hi how is this a350 turkish airline ? Im thinking to go bali from istanbul 12 hr flight with kids age 6 and 3. Do you think it’ll be stressful that long on this airline? Usually i travel with emirates but turkish is cheaper . Do they have alot of kids cartoons shows on the screen ?
I DO NOT Recommend TURKISH Airline, poor customer service, short-staffed, no accessible manager and barely understand English! I booked them for the first time and this is a nightmare, I’ve lost thousands of dollars, I’m still in shock!
One the worest flights was on one of their flight! cold food, bad flight attendant and No ife they changed the plane type 3 times they ground stuff very rude and in the plane nor the ground there must be always lack of English. when I made a complain they defense everyone and nearly called me lier 😂😂😂

The not “great airport” probably costs almost as much as the city you live in 😂

40 minutes between the furthest gates and they charge for wifi over an hour. Sounds like they need a major upgrade.
Yes, especially if they want to compete with the likes of Doha and Singapore.
I have always hated late night / over-night flights because the previous days delays always seem to end up
bumping the flight I am on.
I Love The Cuisine Aboard.Great Video And Info
Thanks a lot!

I covered SAW in my Air Arabia review. At least they have some more affordable fast food places than IST.
Can i take two cabin luggage in turkish airlines
good report

This was in August 2024. I don’t disclose the exact dates of my flights.
I see. I didn't ask for the exact date. Just the month, that's it.

Yes, plenty of entertainment for kids.
