Ahyeon's high note ascension will be the most challenging of her young career when performed live. She will be fatigued from choreo from multiple songs leading up to this, including the first part of this song, and to achieve that 3 level ascension she will need enough air in her lungs and the energy to push it out with nothing less than perfect vocal technique. I believe she will pull it off and I'm anxious to hear and see it.
I'm glad they gave her intricate choreo that doesn't take a lot of gross (large, not disgusting) movement in this song. She said she can only practice that note 4 times a day max due to vocal strain concerns (I'm glad they're thinking about that!).
