You lucky you get so much of fish roe. We eat of a particular fish which comes in August September it has a lot of bones we call is pala some places call it hilsa . In Mumbai it is very expensive. We wash it gently, apply salt and turmeric let it rest in a colander flat one and cover it up. Place a plate under as little water will drip . After one hour cook it in water cook on one side turn over it will take about 15 mn as it has to cook well. Take it out carefully when cool cut into pieces add a little chili powder and fry . It is so yummy . We all love it . Just a tip if it helps .
You have so much of this veggies in your farm . Was surprised you bought some. I have seen your patches. You cut the fish well and fried it too. You should have put a little extra oil in the pan , 5:235:25 so all the fish is in oil. My grandmother use to use like this pan for frying one was even bigger but all cooking on coal. We lived in a big joint family .
I watched some other videos, and my impression is that fish and meat are first deep-fried or stir-fried. In Japan, the standard way to eat fish is to eat it raw, grilled with salt, or boiled in soy sauce, sugar, and other soup. With the exception of a few dishes such as tonkatsu and karaage, meat is usually grilled or boiled rather than deep-fried. In Japan, meat is sometimes eaten raw. It's very interesting to see the differences in food culture.😝
J'aime bien regarder votre cuisine cela me donne envie d'y être.
