Hey, I'm horrible at planning and I am really grateful for this free information (also a student in the middle of my final internship). It has helped me to really start dialling in my schedule (we aint there but we cookin) Thanks! If you haven't already, a template for tracking investments would be awesome.
I would love like an intro video kind of thing edit: I think the biggest thing I struggle with is understanding what exactly Notion can do. Everyone seems to say that Notion is an end all be all app. But I've quickly come to realize that isn't true. And even in data management through databases, which I initially thought it was for (kinda like Excel), it is heavily limited.
Hello, your videos are amazing! Thank you so much for sharing! About questions/suggestion. Have you ever tried to track mood in Notion? Is it possible?
hello . the video was very helpful but I'm confused that what to do when the week is over ? do I have to make again the same table ? and can we save the data of past weeks too ? Is here something like today I made my daily planner and at 12 the planner again gets clean and the old planner goes in archive and the current date planner pops up? i'm sorry if I sound insane
I'm thinkng about using the time table for day to day, being able to track tasks by the hours, then using the calendar database under the timeline to get an overview of my week and maybe a monthly calendar database under that latter one. Only problem is, I don't want my file to be to cluttered : I'm aslking myseelf if I should be separating all of these on differents documents or just the same files withh all databses related.
Hey, if i may ask… i have thos two database with different jobs. Then i wanna combine them into one notion calendar. Can we do that? If so, can you please explain it to me (or even make a video abt it)? Notion is driving me crazy😭 thank you in advance!
merging databases can be tricky but you can export both of the databases as CSVs, combine the CSVs then import that new table. if not, you could do a "relation" and connect two databases? best of luck!
This is exactly what I have been wondering about, haven't gotten that far in yet - despite many hours watching videos and trying to decide which templates/approaches work with my brain or how I anticipate how i will want it to work. It just seems like I will want to pull all the databases of tasks from various databases in one calendar view. I am wondering if that is just something I need to set up now, only ONE database, but with different filters/views...I guess so?
What if one of those tasks took up more than 1 hour to complete? Would I have to add the same task under different time slots? Other option would be to merge the cells of that “table” but I guess that’s where things get a little bit more complicated. Aside from that, excellent video, I’ll implement this and give it a shot
appreciate the feedback. And what I do is just write in the hour it starts and when the next task starts that when the previous one ends. :) You could rewrite the same task in all those cells but then it would get quite messy
Does this apply on a phone because for the life of me I cannot make a time scheduled timeline. Nothing on my phone has the time next to it then I can add in the days and my tasks. Or do I have to add the time in myself? Omg 😭😂

There a way to make a task repeat everyday or do u have to input that manually?
you can do that! I have a seperate tutorial on my channel on how to do recurring tasks in Notion :)

23k views but only 398 likes... you need to put the retention alert in the beginning

Thanks a lot for this template. It'll come handy.
I downloaded the template , but it is missing the calendar view. Is there a reason I only see the timetable?
looks great loveeee it
thanks a lot!
I Love this. Would love it even moe if we can change this view to monthly, yearly
you can (kind of), where you have the calendar view show on the whole page scroll down :)
See! Once Notion adds an hourly view we will take over the world!!
hahaha 100%
Excelent work
